I’ve been counting how many posts I’d have to do to get to my final 12 days of outfits post. Luckily, I’ve managed to get halfway through, so I should be able to get to 12 posts by the time it’s Christmas Day. I have a really nice dress for Christmas day that I CAN’T wait to share with you!

But, onto this dress.

I bought this when I was visiting my sister in Tauranga (just after she had her baby, so it’s been in my wardrobe since April). I’ve never worn it, until this day! I have another dress of the same make and style that I bought in Sydney about 8 years ago. I love that one, and so when I saw this one I had to get it! This one was about $20 dollars cheaper because I found this in an op shop (charity store).

I like this one because it has a really cool pattern on it – old-fashioned cars!

I love things with different or interesting prints because I think they really make the outfit stand out! Also, to make it even better – this dress has pockets! I love pockets! I can store things in there and I don’t have to carry a bag with my all the time!

You can’t really see the pattern in the photos, but trust me, it is there! The colour is different to what I’d normally wear, but I’ve been trying to get out of my little box this year. I always have worn black, dark blue, red, green and those darker colours. However, this year I’ve really been enjoying wearing white, pink and lighter colours. It is quite a refreshing change!
