Versace Milan Fashion Week F/W 2019
I love bright, bold colours that pop, and the Versace Milan Fashion Week F/W 2019 collection showed a lot of beautiful outfits that were colourful with a hint of 90s grunge.
Versace, to me, is a really standout brand that always delivers exciting ready-to-wear look!
I liked the tailoring, the tweed, the straps. I liked how they tried to incorporate the 90s look into the designs and styling, particularly through the dresses. When I was reading about the show, Donatella Versace said
“The way we live today, online and in Instagram, it’s not really right. There’s a need for a little imperfection,”
And you know what? I think that’s something we all need to remember. It’s so easy to fall into that perfection trap that is Instagram, and feel like your not good enough! Imperfection is totally normal, and it’s something we need to recognise.
Anyway, back to the show!
Here are some of my favourite looks from the Versace Milan Fashion Week F/W 2019 collection:
Which look do you like the most from the Versace collection? My favourite would definitely have to be the last one. I love the mix of colours, and how they wouldn’t necessarily go together. Something I love about Versace is how they always bring something interesting to fashion week!
